I just saw the news that the Colorado Rockies have agreed to long-term contract with Nolan Arenado. For some reason, I felt like that was good news and I smiled. It know it is just bread and circuses, but he is a great entertainer and he will be staying in Denver to ply his trade for several more years. He is fun to watch, especially in the field. So I guess that is good news, even if it is not important in the big scheme of things. === According to Chalkbeat, "charter schools are controversial" in Denver.
