Snowman Wreath Card
Hi everyone! Here in Montreal, our first major storm has just been through, leaving us with a lovely blanket of snow. One of my daughters, although an adult, still gets excited at the thought of snowman building, so this card is for her. It combines my love of Susan Tierney-Cockburn’s CountryScapes with the Build a Snowman die set as well as her lovely Garden Notes – Whitepine Boughs and Pinecone and Garden Notes – Holiday Holly & Berries die sets. Silk Microfine Glitter adds the perfect sparkle to the snowman. Here’s how it all came together: 1- Create a 6 inch x 6 inch card base from 100lb White Soft Finish Cardstock. 2- Cut a piece of decorative paper to 5 3/4 inches x 5 3/4 inches. Die cut a circle in the centre of the paper using the third largest circle from the Stitched Circles die set. 3- Using the Earth and Sky stencil, Distress Ink and a foam applicator, create a cloud background directly onto the card front. 4- Using the Reindeer die set, cut two of the snow drift pieces from 80lb White Soft Finish Cardstock. 5- Adhere the snow drifts to the card front with Clear …
