A traditional Indian sweet called barfi. Barfi is of many kinds a kaju barfi, coconut barfi, malai barfi and many more; but khoya barfi is the ever famous and one of the oldest barfi. Khoya mean mava is made up by condensing milk over a low heat, when milk becomes thicken enough then its called mava (khoya). Making mava is slow process but when it's come out, all you your affects count. Making mava at home is some other day, now khoya barfi.
