Breakfast does not have to be complicated, extravagant or time consuming! Whether you have time to cook breakfast in the morning, or have to eat your breakfast on the go, there’s a healthy breakfast for everyone! Check out one of my go-to favorite breakfasts, mixed fruit smoothie! This smoothie only takes me about five minutes to make each morning (when I can squeeze it in), and it seriously keeps me full all day. Ingredients (1 serving) 1/4 cups frozen blueberries, raspberries or strawberries I used a mix. 1/4 medium banana fresh or frozen. 1/4 cup frozen mango chunks. 1 – 1 1/2 cups fresh orange juice (pineapple juice optional. 1/4 a pineapple cubed (optional) Instructions Put all the ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth. Pour into glasses, serve and enjoy!
