Membership Types
Xplor membership is divided into two basic categories, business end users and industry partners. Please review the definitions below to determine which membership type you qualify for and refer to the Member Benefits page for entitlements. Keep in mind that Xplor's criteria are based on products and services of the company and not an individual's role. Xplor defines a business end user as a user of technology. Those who print, mail, or distribute direct mail, bills, statements, or any other transactional document via print, the web, social media, and/or mobile. Consultants, analysts and service bureaus are considered business end users as well. An industry partner is a company that sells hardware, software, or services to an end user customer. If your company's objective is to sell hardware or software to the Xplor audience and its companies, you are likely considered an industry partner. If you are in doubt, please contact us.
