Working out sometimes can be hard. Especially if you work in entertainment industry like myself where you don’t necessarily have a set schedule of a 9-5. I work crazy hours and it’s pretty unpredictable. Maybe you’re a working mom or a full-time student with a job which also makes it hard for you to find time. I’ve realized that if you really want to make a change, you can make time even if it’s in small ways at first. I’m the first person that will admit that I quit easily when it comes to working out if I put too many expectations. But the benefits that we get from working out are so beneficial to our well-being that I made it a priority a few months ago and thought I’d share as they’ve been working for me.
