Breath of Fire | Whitefawn Wellness
This could actually be considered Part III of a series: 1st was "Self-Awareness" (a meditation); 2ndÂ "Thoughts Create Reality" (an on-going practical exercise); and 3rd "Breath of Fire" (a daily activity). Breath of Fire can be used in many everyday situations such as: -Eliminate negativity -Blow out anger -Recharge your batteries -Tone and detox your internal organs -When feeling stressed, anxious, or tired -As a healthy way to start you day...better than coffee! Challenge yourself to a 10 day practice. Begin with 3 minutes and each day add one more minute daily to your experience. Go ahead; I double-dog dare you :) Be well and blessings to you!
