30mins Home Bodyweight Workout
I'm a great believer that we can all do our training whenever and wherever we can. Here is a great little workout that you can do at the comfort of your own home. Rise and Grind (not that kind of grind) Dynamic Mobility warm-up Then: Press ups on the chair or coffee table Forward Lunges Step ups on a chair 30secs per exercise 30secs rest between each round 6 rounds Then: Triceps Dips on a chair Chair Squats - sit on the chair with control and explosively stand up. Make sure your knees are pushed out on the upward phase. Jumping Jacks aka Star Jumps 30secs per exercise 30secs rest between rounds 6 rounds Then: Cool down and Stretch
