God bless Clint Eastwood. The man is 87 years old and still knocking out films on a regular basis – that’s something few of us could ever imagine doing. His latest, The 15:17 to Paris is the true story of how three US men thwarted a terrorist attack on a French train in 2015. The event latest a handful of minutes but old Clint has managed to make a feature length movie out of it. He’s also made the ballsey decision to cast the real men (Anthony Sadler, Alek Skarlatos and Spencer Stone) in the movie. Sadly, this seems like a bad decision. The real guys aren’t actors (it shows) and the film looks like a lot of sugary backstory – but the main offender here is the terrible visuals. This looks flat and boring, TV movies look better than this.
