Baked Wedges - Michaella's Kitchen
Ah wedges, is there anything better than a salty, crunchy exterior with a warm and soft middle?! What’s that you say? Freedom of speech? Christmas? Nope, you’re all wrong, it’s totally wedges. Ingredients – Serves 2 2 medium potato 1 tablespoon vegetable oil 1/3 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon paprika Method Preheat your oven to 220 Celsius Chop the potatoes into wedges and put into a large mixing bowl. Add the oil, salt and paprika. Mix well, or if you’re feeling particularly like a fancy pants, shake the bowl to toss the wedges. Transfer the wedges onto a lined baking sheet and bake for about 35 mins or until the edges become crisp.
