Job Descriptoin: 1. Collaborative working : · Constantly liaises with other departments and external parties such as Developers, brokers and REA’s to ensure quality and excellent client service is provided · Ensure that all checklists are completed before submitting files · Develop and maintain strong working relationships with referral partners such as developers, brokers and REA’s · Demonstrate strong team work ethic by sharing experiences with team members and working collaboratively with internal departments · Support other team members by passing knowledge and representing the team in various internal meetings when required · Support team members in delivering tasks and initiatives requested by management · Represent the company in Business Development activities and networking events 2. Communicating Effectively : · Ensure clients and related parties are kept up to date with the progress of applications · Coordinate and respond professionally to all requests from internal and external clients · Ensure all internal systems are updated with accurate file status at all times · Establish and manage relationships with potential Real Estate Companies, Mortgage Broker, Developers and other partners · Communicate with clients and partners in line with the corporate guidelines 3. Delivering Results : · Independently source and identify prospective clients · Act pro-actively on leads provided and update/maintain leads records accordingly · Conduct Sales meetings with the client, including presenting and explain the product and USPs · Perform proper and thorough client and business analysis before submitting applications to ensure all the sales booked are in line with all the prevalent regulation of compliance, audit, Central Bank and organization · Follow up on pipeline clients to increase sales opportunities · Consistently achieve assigned business targets in line with company policies while maintaining above standard client satisfaction and net promoter score · Effective and timely follow up on all applications from submission and approval through to disbursement while maintaining the agreed Service Level Agreements · Input all leads on CRM & update them regularly · Preparing the daily sales report and the pipeline report on all possible leads for the month including follow-ups for future deals to have an updated status of all cases and conversions 4. Business Awareness : · Maintain knowledge of the company's Products, Policies and Procedures · Keep up to date with market trends and competitor offerings · Demonstrate financial awareness · Initiate business relationships and introduce them to relevant departments to create opportunities for the organization
