Halloween Stuffed Peppers with Ground Chicken, Rice and Beans |
Ingredients Cooked White Rice Orange Peppers ( 4- 6) 2 Tablespoons of Oil 1 Teaspoon of Adobo 1 Teaspoon of Garlic 1 Pound of Ground Chicken 1 Cup of Mojo 1 Can of Red Beans Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Add oil to a pot on high heat. Then add ground chicken and stir until the chicken is no longer pink. Add mojo, garlic, adobo and the can of beans. Stir and set stove on medium-low heat for about 15 minutes. Stuff peppers with rice and chicken with beans. Add cheese on top of each pepper and bake for 20 minutes.
