Review – Codas: Currents
What once was an experimental outlet has become an official project. Codas, the solo outfit formed by Sleep Lady guitarist Mario Quintero, formed back in January of this year, and now finds itself working with Crowquill Records. The outcome is a debut full-length digital only effort composed of four instrumentals, titled Currents. But does this one-man project of electronics and metal make for a thrilling just over thirty minute ride, or is it nothing more than a glorified stroke to the man's ego with little lasting appeal?
