The Shallot Stuffer | Clayton Hove's Ad to the Bone
Caramelize some shallots (a cousin to onion and garlic) and top your brat with their tender, flavonoidy goodness. Finish it off with a light shower of bleu cheese crumbly bit thingies and nom away. This is 8 out of 10 of my entries in the Johnsonville Brattender 2012 Brat Cocktail contest.
