Iowans Advocate for Gun Control During March For Our Lives
DES MOINES, Iowa -- People in Des Moines and across the country are saying they've had enough. When Nikolas Cruz killed 17 people at his old high school in Parkland, Florida, a month ago, the debate over gun control reignited. However, students at Stoneman Douglas High School refused to let it die down over time like it had following past shootings. They organized the March For Our Lives to happen at the U.S. Capitol on Saturday, and soon other marches were planned across the country.
