Surgery or rest for Marshawn? Conflicting reports come out, but appears he’ll be out for weeks
SEATTLE -- ESPN's Adam Schefter, citing a source, reported Tuesday night that Seahawks running back Marshawn Lynch needs "a couple weeks to see how he does" and "to see if he can recover" from his abdominal injury. This came after Lynch met in Philadelphia earlier Tuesday with specialist Dr. William Meyers and it was believed he might have to undergo season-ending surgery for what could be a sports hernia.
