MOUNT WASHINGTON, N.H. -- You don't need water to go windsurfing. Just head up to Mount Washington in New Hampshire. Snow and hurricane force winds slapped the 6,288-foot-tall peak on Monday, with winds topping out at 109 miles per hour. For context, winds there are usually 10-15 miles per hour.
