Chairman of Arlington hospital board accused of stalking ex-girlfriend
ARLINGTON, Wash. (AP) — The elected head of Arlington's public hospital district has been accused of stalking his ex-girlfriend and attempting to break in to her home. The Daily Herald reports that 60-year-old Timothy Cavanagh was charged Jan. 12 with domestic-violence burglary, domestic-violence stalking and car prowling. He has pleaded not guilty and is due in court again in April.
