Friends of slain Renton mother devastated, horrified: ‘Why did he do this?’
SEATTLE -- Friends and family of Ingrid Lyne were devastated to learn that the missing Renton mother of three had been slain, cut into pieces and discarded in a Seattle recycling bin. When Lyne disappeared Friday night after a Mariners' game, her friends feared the worst. Longtime friend Nichole Rock joined those who turned to social media in hopes of finding Lyne, but when she learned someone discovered body parts in plastic bags inside a recycling bin Saturday afternoon, her fears only grew.
