Police arrest driver after skateboarder is shot during altercation in Olympia
OLYMPIA, Wash. (AP) — Olympia Police say a 46-year-old motorist has been arrested in connection with the shooting of a pedestrian during an altercation at an intersection. Police spokesman Lt. Paul Lower says Michael Volz, of Olympia, was arrested early Tuesday and booked into Thurston County Jail on investigation of first-degree assault.
