Judge in Seattle approves release of jailed Mexican ‘Dreamer’ Daniel Ramirez Medina
SEATTLE (AP) — A Mexican man who was arrested despite his participation in a program designed to protect those brought to the U.S. illegally as children can be released from custody pending his deportation proceedings, an immigration judge ruled Tuesday. Daniel Ramirez Medina's attorneys said the 24-year-old father of one will be released Wednesday on a $15,000 bond following Judge John Odell's decision.
