Washington House passes supplemental budget
OLYMPIA, Wash. (AP) — The Washington House has passed a supplemental budget plan as lawmakers prepare to wrap up an overtime special session. The budget passed on a 78-17 bipartisan vote Tuesday and now heads to Senate, which was expected to take a final vote soon. The measure would increase spending in the two-year budget adopted in 2015 by $191 million.
