Seattle PD: Rideshare drive shot, suspect says it was accidental
SEATTLE -- Seattle Police arrested a man in the lower Queen Anne neighborhood Tuesday morning after he shot and wounded his rideshare driver. According to Seattle PD, officers were dispatched to the intersection of 4th Avenue North and Mercer Street at 3:15 a.m. for a report of a shooting. When they arrived, they found the 29-year-old suspect lying on the ground next to a bronze Nissan Altima and a gun on the roof of the car. Police took the man into custody and began checking on the driver of the vehicle.
