Charges expected in Delaware student’s death
WILMINGTON, Del. (AP) — A police chief in Delaware says charges will be filed by the end of the week in connection with the death of a 16-year-old high school student. Wilmington Police Chief Bobby Cummings told news outlets on Monday that police and the state Office of the Attorney General have three individuals who are of interest in connection with the deadly assault of Amy Inita Joyner-Francis last week.
