Trial for Colorado man accused of killing his fiancee will hinge on testimony from his alleged accomplice
The murder trial for the Colorado man who allegedly killed his fiancee last Thanksgiving is set to begin Friday, and the focus will be on the testimony of his girlfriend from Idaho -- who says he confessed to the crime. Patrick Frazee, 33, was arrested in December and is charged with murder in the killing of Kelsey Berreth, his fiancee and the mother of his daughter. Prosecutors allege he fatally beat her with a baseball bat, brought her body to a remote area in Colorado, burned her and disposed of the remains.
