Brooklyn toddler hasn’t seen his mother since before 1st birthday; family will take part in NYC ‘Missing Persons Day’
BROOKLYN — Christopher Cobo was shy, after waking from a nap in his Borough Park home. He will turn two years old in July. His mother, Chelsea, has missed many of his milestones. “His second birthday is approaching, and that means he’s going to become more aware,” said Christopher’s grandmother, Rose Cobo. “Right now, he doesn’t really know that his mother’s missing.”
