Father holding 2 children killed after jumping off New Jersey bridge
WANAQUE, N.J. — A father was killed when he jumped off a highway bridge near the Wanaque River in New Jersey while holding his two children, according to New Jersey State Police. It happened around 8:08 p.m. Monday night. Troopers responded to the report of suicidal man jumping off a bridge with his two children. Authorities then located the man's vehicle on I-287 and conducted a search of the area.
