Judge: Colorado Springs Planned Parenthood shooter still incompetent
COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. -- A judge says a man who acknowledges killing three people at a Planned Parenthood clinic in Colorado Springs remains mentally incompetent. Friday's hearing was the latest routine review of Robert Dear's mental health status. He was first judged to be legally incompetent in May 2016 and has been held at the state mental health hospital in Pueblo since then.
