Wildfire in Costilla County forces mandatory evacuation order
COSTILLA COUNTY, Colo. -- A wildfire in Costilla County in southern Colorado forced mandatory evacuations Wednesday night. A full evacuation order was in effect for the Forbes Park area, the Costilla County Sheriff's Office said. The Red Cross set up a shelter at the Fort Garland and Blanca Community Center at 17591 E. Highway 160 in Blanca.
