DENVER -- Rockies shortstop Jose Reyes was placed on paid leave while he deals with a domestic violence case in Hawaii, Major League Baseball Commissioner Rob Manfred said in a statement Tuesday. The four-time All-Star will not be at spring training when Rockies position players start practice Wednesday in Scottsdale, Ariz.
