Eldora Mountain Resort partially reopens after wind damage shuts down chairlifts
NEDERLAND, Colo. -- The lower mountain at Eldora Mountain Resort reopened Sunday after strong winds damaged the electrical system that caused chairlifts to not function. The partial reopening came after the Boulder County ski area advised people not to visit because chairlifts weren't running. “Though it pains us to say it, we recommend not coming to Eldora today,” the ski area said in a tweet.
