Hanover School District 28 board votes to allow teachers, staff to be armed
EL PASO COUNTY, Colo. -- The Hanover School District 28 board of education voted Wednesday night to allow trained teachers and staff to carry concealed guns on campus. The board voted 3-2 on the measure. It came on the fourth anniversary of the Sandy Hook Elementary School massacre in Newtown Conn., when a lone gunman stormed the campus and killed 20 children and six staff members.
