Opponents working to repeal Colorado popular vote law
GRAND JUNCTION, Colo. -- The effort to repeal a new law aimed at giving Colorado's presidential electoral votes to the winner of the national popular vote is under way. The Daily Sentinel reports that hundreds of people signed petitions at three locations in Grand Junction on Saturday for a ballot proposal to repeal Colorado's participation with 11 other states and the District of Columbia in the National Popular Vote Interstate Compact.
