University of Colorado student dies after skiing crash
BOULDER, Colo. — Authorities say a University of Colorado student has died after he crashed into a tree while skiing last week. The Daily Camera reports 26-year-old Bill Brockmueller died Monday after he was taken off a ventilator. The physics graduate student was skiing without a helmet at Eldora west of Boulder on Dec. 4. He was airlifted to a Boulder hospital in critical condition after his crash.
