HIGH POINT, N.C. -- A dentist lost her license after two patients died, according to a Final Agency Decision report from the North Carolina Board of Dental Examiners. Shawana Neopi Patterson, who was first licensed in 2011, was an oral and maxillofacial surgeon at her practice Patterson Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery in High Point.
