Autopsy finds alcohol in off-duty Adams County deputy shot by police
GREELEY, Colo. — An autopsy report indicates an off-duty Adams County deputy had alcohol and prescription medication in his system when he was shot by a police officer following a car chase. The Greeley Tribune reports the Weld County coroner's autopsy released Monday shows 41-year-old Jesse Jenson had a blood alcohol level of 0.07 — below the state's limit for a DUI but within the range considered impaired.
