20 Ways to Stay Motivated This Fall
Happy first day of fall! It is officially time for sweaters, Uggs and pumpkin flavored everything. The air is crisp and pretty soon we will be gaining an extra hour in our schedules. I absolutely love fall, it is the perfect time to get organized and set new goals before the new year. This is your time to shine. Stop with the excuses and start making a difference. You can do something as simple as setting a daily goal or limiting yourself to one Pumpkin Spiced Latte a week. Enjoy the beautiful colors of fall by planning a weekend getaway or going on a hike! Don’t limit yourself from all the possibilities the season has to offer. Last night, I came to terms with myself and decided it was time to make a change. I had been slacking when it came to my workouts and was spending more time on the couch than getting out and trying something new.
