20-Minute Fat Burning Stairmaster Workout
It’s so easy to become bored with your workout routine. Especially, when it comes to cardio. New circuits on the treadmill, bike and elliptical easily become repetitive and as someone who likes to challenge myself in the gym, I decided to try a new machine: The Stairmaster. To be completely honest, I am obsessed. I love the feeling when my muscles begin to burn (the good type of burn) and when my body starts to drip in sweat. It’s quick, easy and fun. The Stairmaster is low-impact, which makes it easier on your joints and knees. The stairs allow you to accomplish cardio, toning, and muscle building all at once! You engage by quads, hamstrings, glutes and abdominals. The Stairmaster can also burn 2x the amount of fat than other cardio machines. That is why I came up with this 20-minute fat burning routine. If you don’t have access to a gym, you can always complete this workout on a staircase or on the local high school bleachers.
