There would be about 2.5 parking spaces for every 1,000 square feet leased. The ground-floor space would include restaurants, fitness and shared conference facilities. The property is also connected to Broward County Transit and the Sun Trolley. … FECI has completed two office buildings at MiamiCentral, with two apartment towers and the retail/restaurant component still under construction. Its apartment tower near the West Palm Beach station should be completed by the end of this year. Nichols Brosch Wurst Wolfe (NBWW) architecture are involved in the design of both the new tower in Fort Lauderdale and MiamiCentral’s two office buildings.
