'I don't want to ruin someone's dream': Ed Sheeran doesn't want to judge talent shows

The 21 year old music extraordinaire began his music endeavour in 2005 when he began to record his first EP, The Orange Room EP, but only broke into commercial success in 2011 when his debut single "The A Team" debuted at #3 on the UK Singles Chart. Ed is perhaps known as one of the most talented and influential songwriters of his generation, and has penned songs for some of the most successful acts in the world like One Direction and Taylor Swift. In a chat with BBC's Newsbeat, Ed explained that he wouldn't want to judge a vocal talent show in the fear of upsetting someone or crushing their dreams, which would, in turn, make him feel uncomfortable.
