I know a lot of you saw this already but I wanted to say a few words about how little habits can change things without us even noticing until it's too late. At the beginning of the year I had a goal of losing weight and becoming healthier. I decided to drop my calories and log all of my food intake into a calorie counter everyday without fail. I also made the decision to make sure that every day I fasted for at least 12 hours out of a 24-hour period. I stop eating at 7:30 p.m. and don't start again until 7:30 a.m. the next day. Since the beginning of the year I have lost 75 lbs and I never notice it until I look at a picture. That's why this picture struck me so hard. It wasn't that I was trying to brag about how much weight I've lost, (I understand that's something difficult for a lot of people to do so I don't want to make anybody feel bad) I did it because I was just amazed at the transformation.
