Pilates for weight loss: does it work? |  
I started doing Pilates for weight loss last year, in the first period of the shock treatment to regain my health. As soon as I hit the treatment with Endocrinologist and nutritionist I know it was mandatory to have a regular physical activity. Thing I didn’t practice it seriously for nearly 2 years.
