Pomegranate Slush and Creamsicle Slush
Food Blogger Christina Hitchcock of It's a Keeper, makes refreshing slushies with alcohol. Pomegranate Slush 1 cup vodka 3 1/2 cups cranberry pomegranate juice 3/4 cup frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed Pour ingredients into 13x9x2-inch nonstick metal baking pan. Freeze for several hours. Mixture will not freeze completely. Using fork, scrape slush into flaky crystals. Cover tightly and freeze. This can be made 1 day ahead. Keep frozen.
