Anti-violence activist pleads not guilty in attempted murder trial
DENVER -- Terrance Roberts, a former gang member who became a well-known anti-violence activist pleaded not guilty Monday to shooting a man last year. Roberts is accused of shooting a man outside the Boys and Girls Club in Park Hill in September last year. He faces charges including attempted first-degree murder, first-degree assault and possession of a weapon by a previous offender.
