Report: Data for 19,000 Colorado employees lost
DENVER -- Personal information for about 19,000 Coloradans -- including social security numbers -- has gone missing. The Denver Post reported the data was stored on a USB drive that was lost by a state employee while taking it between work stations. The state sent a letter to affected people saying at present there is "no indication that this information had been misused or stolen."
