Police arrest Boulder woman in case of puppy with broken legs, burns
BOULDER, Colo. -- A woman was arrested in the case of a puppy that had broken legs and severe burns on its stomach authorities announced Friday. Police arrested Caitlin Lesko, 24, on charges related to cruelty to animals Thursday. On October 29 police were called to South Boulder Animal Hospital on a report from staff about a dog that may be part of a case of animal cruelty.
