Governor orders flags lowered for deputy killed in head-on crash
DENVER -- Gov. John Hickenlooper ordered flags on all pubic buildings statewide be lowered to half-staff from sunrise to sunset on Monday in memory of a motorcycle deputy killed in a head-on accident. Jefferson County Sheriff Sgt. David Baldwin was killed the morning of Jan. 26, after his bike collided with an oncoming SUV along Highway 93.
