High Wind Warning in effect for most of Monday
DENVER -- A new week has come, but it looked like Colorado was still in for more of the same windy weather that we saw to end last week. High wind warnings were issued for most of the Front Range through 4 p.m. today, with wind readings expected to reach anywhere from 25 to 40 mph. Gusts as strong as 80 mph were expected along the front range, and Colorado State Troopers even confirmed that guests topped out at 109 mph on U.S. 285 over Kenosha Pass.
