Three suspected of stealing Chihuahua puppy turn themselves in to Thornton Police
THORNTON, Colo. -- Three people suspected of stealing a Chihuahua puppy from a pet store have turned themselves in to authorities, the Thornton Police Department said Thursday. Destry Patterson, 35, of Commerce City, Stacy Davalos, 24, of Northglenn and Phillip Marcum, 27, of Commerce City were issued a state misdemeanor summons for theft. Marcum was also charged with false reporting to authorities.
