Johnstown mountain biker dies during Leadville Trail 100 race
LEADVILLE, Colo. -- A cyclist from Johnstown died while participating in the Leadville Trail 100 mountain bike race on Saturday. Scott Ellis, 55, suffered a heart attack and died near the end of the high-altitude race on the Power Line climb, his Fort Collins-based Peloton-Specialized team wrote on Facebook.
